Faster help

In the app, open Settings › Contact support. It prefills the app version and your account id, which speeds things up.
To manage or cancel a subscription, open Subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
To delete your account and its data, use Settings › Delete account in the app.
